What to do? I reserved my launch pads to go over and over again and i was starting to feel perplexed so your email came right in time. I am such a fish out of water as if it is not medical i do not know it as i was a nurse for 10 years and then a family emergency caused me to gain custody of my 3 grandchildren and the rest is a house fire to our log home which needs repair as the roof leaks all over the floors when it rains and the 6000 dollars reserved for the roof had to go towards lawyer fees after my daughter lost custody. I drive a Miata and cannot wait to put my eyeearn sticker on but then the car is too small for the grandchildren so the needs just continue to increase but Gods will be done and i hope we can help each other. WOW YOU ARE IN THE PRESIDENTS CLUB? HOW AWESOME? HOW PROUD YOUR FAMILY MUST BE OF YOU AND YES HELPING OTHERS IS KEY! The only way I ever try to contact is via their live support function in the control panel. I wouldn't even bother with an email. There are too many problems with email delivery. If you didnt get a response to your concerns then I either didnt get the email or you didnt get the response. I answer all serious queries. Mal Pete,
